We invite you to join us in exploring the major projects shaping South County, including insights directly from the developers of the Gaylord Pacific Hotel and BIA San Diego builder and developer members working within the master-planned communities of Otay Ranch.

Housing development is a central priority for the Building Industry Association of San Diego. Our Young Generation of Leaders (y|GEN) plays a vital role in advocating for increased housing opportunities throughout the region. After all, the future of homebuilding is driven by the needs of the next generation.

Much of the remaining developable land in the San Diego region is located in Chula Vista, a rapidly growing area poised for significant expansion.
